The true God, the Creator, did not create evil people. 

The evil god who became a traitor took the people under his possession in order to make them his. He entered into them and this is what causes them to commit evil acts. This is how they also become evil individuals. 

The seed of a god is the words of that particular god. When an evil spirit enters a person, that god makes the person act according to its will. 

Therefore, evil began from the evil god. I hope you understand all creation has a spirit and a soul. The way to know this(truth, fact) is through religion.
