➥ True meaning : word of teaching 

Explanation

1. Figurative Yeast

⁕Physical characteristics 

: leavening (changing) 

Mt 16:6-8) 

6 "Be careful," Jesus said to them. "Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees." 

7 They discussed this among themselves and said, "It is because we didn't bring any bread."

8 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, "You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread?

→ not the yeast regarding the bread, but the spiritual yeast  

Mt 16:12) the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducess (their teaching)  

2. Types of spiritual yeast 

God's yeast: God's teaching 

Satan's yeast: Satan's teaching 

1) God's yeast 

Mt 13:33) 

→ The figurative woman: a pastor who changes one's heart through the seed of God's Word 

→ The figurative yeast: the word of teaching the changes one's heart and spirit 

Eph 4:21-24) 

21 Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus

22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires

23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds 

24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness 

✅Who is the true pastor that testifies the word of teaching in each era? 

First Coming: those who are changed with the word of teaching given by Jesus (people of the kingdom of heaven)

Second Coming: those who are changed with the word of teaching testified through the messenger of Jesus (people of the kingdom of heaven) 

2) Satan's yeast

Lk 12:1) Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying: "Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 

→the yeast of the Pharisees: hypocrisy (teaching of the devil) 

Mk 7:9) rules taught by men → teachings: hypocrisy 

Is 29:9-13) the whole vision: words sealed in a scroll 

➨ Teaching of men : No God's word, no kingdom of heaven 

Rv 2:14) the teaching of Balaam: the teaching of the devil given by Satan's false pastor 

Prov 19:27) the teaching of the devil: stop listening to instruction that will stray you from the words of knowledge 

We must receive the word of teaching given by God's true pastor, be changed, and become the people in the kingdom of heaven.
