3 and sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb: "Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. just and true are your ways, King of the ages. 

Mt 22:11-12 

11 "But when the king came in to see the guests, he noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes. 

12 'Friend,' he asked, 'how did you get in here without wedding clothes?' The man was speechless.

Realities 

Song = gospel (Word) 

Wedding clothes = righteous acts (clothes of righteousness)

1) The Figurative Song 

Ps 119:54, 172) Song = God's Commands (Words) 

Dt 31:19-21

19 Now write down for yourselves this song and teach it to the Israelites and have them sing it, so that it my be a witness for me against them. 

20 When I have brought them into the land flowing with milk and honey, the land I promised on oath to their forefathers, and when they eat their fill and thrive, they will turn to other gods and worship them, rejecting me and breaking my covenant. 

21 And when many disasters and difficulties come upon them, this song will testify against them, because it will not be forgotten by their descendants. I know what they are disposed to do, even before I bring them into the land I promised them on oath. 

2) The Song of Moses, Song of Lamb

→ sing a song of Moses, song of Lamb 

Song of Moses = Words of Old Testament (prophecy) 

Song of Lamb = Words of New Testament (prophecy) 

3) The New Song 

Rv 14:3) And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth 

New Song = 'Gospel of fulfillment', making known reality of fulfillment of prophecies 

*Song of Satan 

Is 25:5) Song of ruthless 

Rv 18:22) Babylon: Music of harpists and musicians, flute players and trumpeters 

2. The Figurative Wedding Clothes 

Physical wedding clothes in books of history

Ex 28:2-5) Priests: sacred garments 

Spiritual wedding clothes in books of history

Mt 22:11-14) Heaven: wedding banquet those who are invited 

*people who are wearing wedding clothes are chosen 

*people who are not wearing wedding clothes are thrown out 

Rv 19:13) Robe dipped in blood = name: Word of God 

Rv 19:8) Fine linen = righteous acts of saints 

→ Wedding Clothes = words, acts 

Rv 3:4-5) He who overcomes - dressed in white 

Rv 22:14) Those who wash their robes: blessed → Right to go through gates of holy city 

Clothes of Satan 

Rv 17:4) Woman (adulterous woman) - dressed in purple and scarlet
